What should I expect?
Telehealth visits offer virtual care for urgent care needs, limited primary care, and prescription refills (not for controlled substances). For a list of supported health concerns, click here. A telehealth visit typically takes around 30 minutes to complete on the day of the visit and just a few minutes of paperwork beforehand.
Appointments are billed to your insurance, co-pays are determined by your insurance coverage.
