Free help we provide

• For people with disabilities: free aids and services to help you communicate with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters (in person or by video) and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats). Please contact us in advance of an event so we can arrange this.
• For people whose primary language is not English: free language assistance services, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

How to file a grievance

You can file in person, by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing, our coordinator is available to help you.
